Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada using Canada Post. 

Please note that all flat or small orders within Canada are sent via lettermail unless another shipping method is selected at checkout. There is no tracking information with this shipping method, and shipping times are estimates only.

If you require a package delivered within a certain timeframe, you can upgrade your shipping, however, the postal service is not guaranteeing any time frames whatsoever at this point, and delays can occur.

International (USA):

Duties are now collected at checkout. There is no letter mail option available for international shipments.
