Delivery Policies

Most orders are shipped from Drumbo, Ontario, Canada using Canada Post. 

Please note that all flat or small orders within Canada are sent via lettermail unless another shipping method is selected at checkout. There is no tracking information with this shipping method, and shipping times are estimates only.

If you require a package delivered within a certain timeframe, please upgrade your shipping. If shipping lettermail or Canada Post, please check for any strikes and how they may impact your shipment.

Larger packages are shipped using a third-party service.

Shipping to the US:
Unless upgraded shipping is purchased, all US orders are sent via Air Mail and do not provide tracking or guaranteed delivery dates. If you need a package delivered by a certain date, please upgrade to tracked shipping.

Delivery Times:
Times can vary, but typically delivery within Canada is 2-3 weeks, and the USA is around 2-4 weeks (these are estimates only and leave space for any packages held at customs).

All other International orders:
Unless upgraded shipping is purchased, all International orders are sent via Small Packet - Air and do not provide tracked shipping. If you would like tracking, please upgrade to tracked shipping.
